Opting in by phone

You can also opt in by calling our AI receptionist at (702) 900-9487. At the start of every call she says: 'Hi, this is Ava with RingRing AI. Quick heads up, I'm an AI receptionist and this call is recorded.' She only offers a text when you ask for a booking link. Before sending anything, she confirms your mobile number and reads this consent script: 'Before I send it, this is RingRing AI. If you say yes, you agree to get texts from RingRing AI at this number with your booking link and appointment reminders. That's up to 4 messages a week, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out anytime. Is that okay?' She sends the booking link only after you say yes. Separately, she may ask: 'Would you also like occasional tips and offers from RingRing AI by text? It's totally optional.' Marketing texts are sent only if you say yes to that second question.

What we send

• If you agree to texts: your free audit booking link, appointment confirmations and reminders, your revenue leak report.
• Only if you also opt in to marketing: occasional tips and offers.
