Terms of Use
Effective October 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of RingRing AI's websites, calculator, demo phone line and free audit. By using them or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. Section 9 requires individual arbitration and waives class actions and jury trials. Paid services are governed by a separate written client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
1. Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 and using the site for business purposes. If you act for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
2. The free audit
The Revenue Leak Audit is free and creates no obligation for either side. We may decline or reschedule any audit. Any custom demo we build for your audit is a preview owned by RingRing AI, not a delivered product.
3. Estimates are not promises
Calculator results, audit findings, examples and projections are estimates based on assumptions and the numbers you provide. They are not guarantees of revenue, savings, bookings or any result. Your results depend on your business, your market and many factors outside our control.
4. Our AI
Our AI receptionist is software. It can mishear, misunderstand or give incomplete or incorrect answers. Anything it says on our demo line, including pretend bookings during a role-play, is a demonstration only. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice, a price quote, an offer, or a commitment from RingRing AI. Only a written agreement signed by RingRing AI binds us.
5. What you agree not to do
- Use the site or demo line for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing or fraudulent.
- Try to manipulate, jailbreak or extract the instructions of our AI, or use it to generate harmful content.
- Overload the demo line with automated or repeated calls, spoof caller ID, or record our AI to misrepresent what it said.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or resell our site, prompts, copy, designs or outputs.
- Submit patient health information, case details or anyone else's personal information without the right to do so.
- Interfere with the site's security or operation.
We may block numbers, end calls and refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.
6. Our content
The site, its copy, designs, calculator, prompts, recordings and the RingRing AI name and logo belong to RingRing AI or its licensors. You may view the site for your own business evaluation only.
7. Third-party services
The site uses third-party services such as Calendly, AI providers, phone carriers and analytics tools. We are not responsible for their services, availability or practices.
8. Disclaimers and limits
THE SITE, CALCULATOR, DEMO LINE AND AUDIT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, RINGRING AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE FREE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some states do not allow certain limits, so some may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and indemnify RingRing AI against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
9. Disputes: arbitration and class waiver
Please contact angel@ringringai.com first. We will try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.
If we can't, any dispute about these terms or our free services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules, in Clark County, Nevada, or by video. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and RingRing AI each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join any class, collective or representative action. If the class waiver is found unenforceable, that claim goes to court instead, and the rest of this section still applies. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing angel@ringringai.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out."
Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, where the law allows.
10. General
Nevada law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Questions: angel@ringringai.com.
